This giveaway is sponsored by Ace Energy.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on May 1st, 2026 and ends on May 31st, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway by:

• Preordering a 12 Pack of Ace Energy at www.drinkaceenergy.com/giveaway (500 Entries Per 12 Pack).

• Commenting AND sharing each video posted on our Instagram during the month of May.

• 10 Entries per video shared AND commented on.

Alternative Method of Entry:
To enter without purchase, participants may mail a handwritten entry including their full name, email, and phone number to:

1 Entry for mail in.

All entries must be received before the end of the Entry Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
“Full Golf Bag Set valued at $1,500”

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 days of drawing. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.
